Quality control (QC) is a process by which Kademar Group verifies that the quality of its products meets or exceeds the expectations of its customers.
Quality control (QC) involves:
- measurements, tests, visual inspections and other methods of product control at various stages of production, loading, and delivery to comply with established ISO and other standards.
- ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and guarantees the safety and reliability of the products.
Depending on the type and complexity of the product, customers' requirements, and the industry standards, the methods and techniques for implementing Quality Control (QC) can be different.
Our productions use advanced technologies and software for QC. This includes automated testing equipment, statistical analysis software, and much more. These tools increase the accuracy and efficiency of QC processes.
Quality control (QC) aims: to prevent, reduce, or eliminate errors, waste, and customer dissatisfaction.
QUALITY CONTROL OF LOADED GOODS FOR TRANSPORT
The quality control of loaded goods is conducted by the factory's laboratory in accordance with international standards and specifications. Additionally, it can be conducted by
reputable leading international surveyors such as SGS, Bureau Veritas, Alex Stewart etc.
The goods are loaded in good condition and conform to the requirements of the contract and the destination country.
Before loading, the goods are checked for:
1. Quality: chemical composition, specific chemical elements, size, shape, density, strength, thermal stability, etc.;
2. Quantity: net weight and total weight;
3. Packaging: big-bags (1 ton), bags (25 kg and 50 kg) or in bulk. The integrity of the packaging is inspected to prevent any potential damage during transportation.
4. Label: products in big-bags, bags, and rebar and steel bar in bulk are labeled with the product name, batch number, net weight, etc. The labels are also checked for clarity and accuracy.
Options for loading big-bags and bags in transport:
- Without pallets;
- On a metal base (for cored wire);
- Stacked on pallets and wrapped with plastic film (for microspheres).
Gross weight of the transports (approximately):
- For trucks: 22 MT;
- For 20-foot sea containers: 24 MT;
- For vessels: 3000 MT (depending on the vessel's size).
Transports (trucks, sea containers, vessels) with loaded goods, after customs clearance, are sealed and securely ready for export to the customer's destination country:
1. The truck is sealed and marked with the truck number, seal number, and destination on the CMR.
2. The container is sealed and marked with the container number, seal number, and destination on the B/L.
3. The vessel is sealed and marked with the IMO number, seal numbers, and destination on the B/L.
FOR CUSTOMER:
Upon arrival, the customer should inspect the goods for quality and quantity and notify our Export Department of the results.
The customer can submit a new order as soon as they have confirmed the quality and quantity of the received goods, and we will promptly carry out the new order.
